Founded in February 2002 with the name of Shandong International Exhibition Industry Association by CCPIT Shandong, major exhibition organizers, venues and suppliers of facilities and services in Shandong, Shandong Convention & Exhibition Industry Association (SDCEIA) is a non-profit juridical industrial organization in Shandong. It has 3 subsidiaries as follow, Organizer Professional Committee, Venue Professional Committee and Service Professional Committee.

 

Mission Statement

1. To act as an advisory body to its members and by working closely with all relevant organizations, promote the well-being and good standing of the industry and ensure a healthy and sustainable development of Shandong convention and exhibition industry.

 

2. To promote the famous brand development of Shandong convention and exhibition industry. At the same time, to attract more national or international conventions or exhibitions to be held in Shandong.

 

3. To represent the best interests of members in the convention and exhibition industries by providing a unified voice in dealing with the government, legislative bodies, media and any public organizations.

 

4. To enhance communication amongst members from different sectors of the industry and to facilitate collection and dissemination of industry information and statistics for the benefits of members and their businesses.

 

5. To raise levels of professionalism and operational standards in the industry through well-planned training and educational programs.
